The 2,787m² development is part of a mixed-use scheme, which includes Horizon House, the UK Environment Agency's new headquarters.

The building has received a BREEAM rating of 80.4% and will produce only one-fifth the usual CO2 emissions.

The sustainable building has employed many water and energy-efficient strategies to reduce pollution, energy and water consumption, according to insidermedia.com.
