Africa-based entertainment company Silverbird Group has unveiled plans to build a 64-storey building in Abuja, Nigeria, which is touted to become the tallest tower in Africa upon completion.

The building, named the Stratosphere, has been designed by the architectural firm of Chaccour Construction.

It will be built in the Federal Capital Territory and will feature a shopping mall, a 250-room five-star hotel, 400 apartments, a private spa and health club, and a sky lounge.

It will also feature a helipad, an 80ft swimming pool, restaurants, and riverside boulevards and arcades, according to showbiz.peacefmonline.com.
