Holzman Moss Bottino to Design US Performance Centre

Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture in association with Strang has been selected by the US state of Wisconsin to design the new University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Music Performance Center. The practice beat three shortlisted finalists to win the $43m privately funded project.

The practice beat three shortlisted finalists to win the $43m privately funded project.

The 5295m² building is part of the East Campus Gateway, and will be located on University Avenue adjacent to the expanded Chazen Museum of Art.

The centre will feature two concert halls with capacities of 350 and 800 people.
