Qatar-based developer Qatari Diar has submitted outline plans for the proposed development of the former Chelsea Barracks site in London, England, to Westminster City Council.
Dixon Jones, Squire and Partners and Kim Wilkie Associates have redrawn the masterplan for the proposed development.
The plans include conversion of the 51,799m² Chelsea Barracks site into a new integrated residential neighbourhood with houses, apartments, shops, a boutique hotel, and community sport and medical facilities.
Plans also include 20,234m² of new public squares, streets and gardens.
The draft masterplan also includes plans for demolition of the existing 15-storey twin tower blocks and retention of the former Garrison Chapel.
