Watpac Secures Mixed-Use Scheme Contract in Sydney

Watpac has secured a contract to deliver an A$350m (US$345m) mixed-used scheme for Frasers Property in Sydney, Australia. The One Central Park development features a 33-storey tower and a 16-storey tower and is the first phase of the A$2bn (US$1.9bn) Central Park precinct project.

The One Central Park development features a 33-storey tower and a 16-storey tower and is the first phase of the A$2bn (US$1.9bn) Central Park precinct project.

The development consists of 623 residential units with vertical gardens, a five-level retail and recreation podium, hospitality and office space and five-storey basement car park.

Watpac aims to achieve five-star Green Star ratings for One Central Park under the multiunit residential v1 and Retail Centre v1 Green Building Council of Australia rating systems.
