The new $74m Temecula City Hall in California, US, is set to be unveiled this week.
The 8,732m² civic centre is part of a three-phase construction project.
The first phase realigned Main and Mercedes Streets to handle increasing traffic while the second phase consisted of a 480-space parking lot connected directly to City Hall.
About 789.67m² of office space has also been built into the parking structure.
The three-storey building will house various state departments, a 186-seat council chamber and a 278m² conference area, according to swrnn.com.
