Plans have been unveiled to build the UK's first £13.5m ($20.89m) specialist academy for entrepreneurs in Aylesbury.

The new academy will be the final part of the £30m ($46.43m) regeneration plan for Aylesbury's Waterside development, which also features a supermarket and hotel complex.

The four-storey building will accommodate 700 entrepreneurs post completion in 2012.

The council has already committed £7.7m ($11.91m) to the project with the Skills Funding Agency contributing the rest, according to bucksherald.co.uk .
