Clark Construction Group has completed the three-building Constitution Square project worth $530m in the NoMa district in Washington, US.

Developed by StonebridgeCarras and Walton Street Capital, the 1.48m² Constitution Square includes two office buildings and a residential building.

The two 12-storey office buildings have three levels of below-grade parking with exteriors clad in precast concrete.

The 13-storey residential building spans 61,037m² and includes 440 luxury apartments, a 204-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel, and a 4,646m² Harris Teeter grocery store.
