Work is nearing completion at the $320m Great American Tower in Cincinnati, US.

Designed by KZF design, the Great American Tower stands 665ft tall and is touted to be the tallest in the city.

The tower was developed by Eagle Realty Group, a subsidiary of Cincinnati-based Western and Southern Financial Group with Turner Construction undertaking the construction.

The 41-storey tower comprises about 74,323m² of office space with a 2,200-space parking garage spanning 11-storeys.

It also features a fitness centre, education centre and clinic.

The city of Cincinnati contributed a $3.8m grant and $54m in tax increment financing for the project with Western & Southern contributing $38m.

The remaining $242.2m will come from local partners.
