Architectural practice Morphosis has secured planning permission for the proposed Phare Tower in Paris, France.

The Phare Tower is slated to be located in the La Defense region in Paris.

The 300m tower is planned to be a hybrid structure comprising of one splayed structural leg, two occupiable legs and a pavilion that forms the public space of the plaza.

The construction of the building is set to begin in 2011 with completion scheduled for 2015, according to bdonline.co.uk.
