Anchorage-based Davis Constructors and Engineers has been chosen to design the $109m science facility at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) in the US.
Davis Constructors and Engineers will work with UAF officials to complete the design work on the project, which is currently underway.
The new building will feature an auditorium, new classroom and office space and lab facilities and will be located on UAF’s West Ridge.
Construction is expected to begin in mid 2011 and completion is slated in 2014, according to newsminer.com.
