The $25m first phase of renovation encompasses press box construction, widening of four tunnels behind the Court of Champions, replacing the north video board, reconstruction of a historic score board and adding aisles at the south end.
The complete renovation plan includes expansion of a 550-seat press box to seat 2,500 people; widening of 12 access tunnels at the end zones; doubling the number of concession stands and adding new restrooms.
Construction is expected to be completed by January 2014, according to pasadenastarnews.com.
