Work on Milwaukee Mixed-Use Scheme to Begin in 2011

The proposed 22-storey mixed-use development Washington Square in Milwaukee, US is expected to break ground this year. The $56m project has been designed by Rinka Chung Architecture. The new development is a joint venture between Wauwatosa-based Irgens Development Partners,

The proposed 22-storey mixed-use development Washington Square in Milwaukee, US is expected to break ground this year.

The $56m project has been designed by Rinka Chung Architecture.

The new development is a joint venture between Wauwatosa-based Irgens Development Partners, and Milwaukee-based Van Buren Management.

The development will include office, retail and parking components.

The project is expected to be complete in 2013.
