Heron International has secured planning permission to build a £500m ($787m) hotel and residential project in London, UK.

The 43-storey Four Seasons Hotel and Residences London forms the second phase of the Heron Plaza development, which also includes the 755ft Heron Tower, a project that is nearing completion.

Both phases have been designed by PLP Architecture.

The plaza will also include retail spaces, 120 new luxury apartments and a 190-room luxury hotel, along with restaurants, meeting space, a gym, spa and swimming pool.

The cost of the project will be in excess of £500m.
