The first phase of the Pilgrim-Triton master plan, a mixed-use development in Foster City, California, will begin in late 2011.
The development is being managed by Sares Regis and will be built in four phases.
The $100m first phase of the mixed-use scheme will include demolishing 8,548m² of offices and building 300 apartment units, a 638-stall parking garage, 1,580m² of ground-floor retail space and a plaza.
The ten-year master plan would replace a set of industrial office buildings and will comprise a total of 27,499m² of office space, 2,787m² of retail space and a 9,307m² plaza.
Spread over 84,983m², the land is owned by three separate entities, according to sfexaminer.com.
