Planning Secured for UK Mixed-Use Scheme

Regeneration firm Urban Splash has secured planning consent to develop a fourth building in its £70m ($11.5m) Royal William Yard project in Plymouth, UK. The New Cooperage building will be developed by Urban Splash in partnership with the South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA).

Regeneration firm Urban Splash has secured planning consent to develop a fourth building in its £70m ($11.5m) Royal William Yard project in Plymouth, UK.

The New Cooperage building will be developed by Urban Splash in partnership with the South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA).

Designed by Gillespie Yunnie Architects, the new building will feature 1,859m² of office and retail space.

Part of the project’s funding was provided by SWRDA.
