Terry Farrell Submits Plans for London Mixed-Use Scheme

The Terry Farrell and Partners plan for five mixed-use buildings in Paddington Basin in London have been submitted to Westminster City Council for planning consent. The new development will feature five residential buildings and 18,581m² of retail and commercial space.

The new development will feature five residential buildings and 18,581m² of retail and commercial space.

The buildings will be surrounded by landscaped gardens designed by EDCO, with each building featuring a green roof, photovoltaic panels and a greywater recycling system, according to architectsjournal.co.uk.

Farrells was commissioned for the scheme in 2008 by Knight Frank on behalf of Westminster City Council.
