The casino will be developed and operated by Rock Ohio Caesars, a joint venture between Cleveland-based Rock Gaming and Caesars Entertainment.

The casino will span 27,871m² over four floors of the Higbee Building and will feature more than 2,000 slot machines, 65 table games, a high-limits area, a poker room, and an 8,919m² VIP player's lounge.

The casino, the first to be built in Ohio, is expected to open in early 2012.
