Omrania to Design Master Plan of “Kingdom Riyadh Land”

Saudi Arabia-based Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) has awarded the design contract for the master plan of "Kingdom Riyadh Land" to architectural consultancy firm Omrania. "Kingdom Riyadh Land" will be a 16-million-square-metre mixed-use residential and commercial development in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia-based Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) has awarded the design contract for the master plan of "Kingdom Riyadh Land" to architectural consultancy firm Omrania.

"Kingdom Riyadh Land" will be a 16-million-square-metre mixed-use residential and commercial development in Riyadh with a private leisure and equestrian club, serviced bungalows, sports and other leisure facilities.

The contract includes coordination and approval of masterplanning elements, engaging and managing the traffic impact study and environmental impact assessment subconsultants, as well as other studies required to complement and complete the master plan.

All the facilities at the development will be managed by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts.
