The 44,594m² Manor Mill mixed-use project also includes a 23-storey residential tower, student accommodation, a 185-room hotel, a public plaza, restaurants, a sports bar, a convenience store and a 325-space car park.

The news follows a decision by Hull City Council to award a large casino licence to Apollo Resorts and Leisure which would be one of the first large casino licences to be awarded in the UK following the government’s new gambling legislation of 2005.
