Korea-based Bando Engineering and Construction is slated to complete work on the U-Bora Towers, a mixed-use development in Dubai, in March 2011.

The development consists of a 60-storey office tower and 225 apartments in a 16-storey horizontal tower with a mixture of studios, and one, two and three-bedroom units.

All the residential units feature the LG Home Network system and kitchens with built-in appliances.

The office tower twists at varying degrees and angles to reorient its faces to maximise available views.

The U-Bora Towers have been built on a 19,883m² site with a built up area of 228,519m² according to khaleejtimes.com.

U Bora’s estimated development cost is AED1.6bn ($435m).
