Boise State University has secured permission from the State Board of Education to begin preliminary design work for the Dona Larsen Park in Boise, Idaho. The approval allows Boise State to spend $2.46m on preliminary design works, a track and field and high school football facility. <

The approval allows Boise State to spend $2.46m on preliminary design works, a track and field and high school football facility.

The building will include offices, meeting rooms, a locker room, a training room, an equipment room, a weight room and an academic area.

Construction on the new facility is slated to begin in early 2012 with completion scheduled for mid 2013.

The construction of the new facility is expected to cost between $205m to $26m, according to idahostatesman.com.
