One Loudoun to Break Ground in US

Developers Miller and Smith and Sekisui House are set to break ground on One Loudoun, a 14.48 million metres-squared development in Virginia, US, within weeks. One Loudoun will consist of 1040 residential units, 702,000sq ft of retail space, a luxury hotel, a theatre and 278,209m²

Developers Miller and Smith and Sekisui House are set to break ground on One Loudoun, a 14.48 million metres-squared development in Virginia, US, within weeks.

One Loudoun will consist of 1040 residential units, 702,000sq ft of retail space, a luxury hotel, a theatre and 278,209m² of office space.

One Loudoun was designed by Torti Gallas and the Eisen Group.

More than $30m of public infrastructure has been completed at the site.

Completion of the development is scheduled for 2014.
