Bosa Properties, a Canada-based developer, has unveiled plans for Sovereign, a mixed-use tower in Burnaby, Canada.

Sovereign will include 8,361m² of retail space, a 169-room international hotel and 202 condominium residences.

The tower will be 152.4m tall, making it the second-tallest building in British Columbia, according to the developers.

Construction of Sovereign is slated to begin in the next couple of months, with completion expected in early 2014.
