Canadian developer Tonko Realty Advisors has unveiled plans for the C$30m River Centre office tower in Saskatoon, Canada.

Construction of the five-storey, 6,596m² building is expected to begin in mid 2011.

The building will include a garden feature on a second-floor patio, commercial and retail space, a restaurant or cafe, and a fitness centre on the ground floor and offices on the upper four floors.

The building was designed by architect Derek Kindrachuk.
