Plans for the 230,670m² site include the construction of five new buildings, including the Garden Heart, a new building that will be a centre for food and flowers.

Plans also include a central park running throughout the site, which will be surrounded by three residential buildings ranging from eight to 15 storeys and three other houses ranging from 25-46 storeys.

The tallest tower will include a hotel and service apartments at the lower floors.

The development also features a supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants, and three smaller residential developments.
