The 261m, 64-storey tower is a mixed-used development consisting of a shopping mall and residences.

Istanbul Sapphire also contains private gardens between every three floors and every nine floors are separated by a communal living area or mechanical floors.

Istanbul Sapphire was designed by Tabanlioglu Architecture and constructed by Biskon Construction, a subsidiary of Kiler Group of Companies.
