Construction of Platinum Poise, a 35-storey mixed-use building, is nearing completion in Virginia, US.

The 118m-tall tower was designed by US-based architect Davis Carter Scott and is being developed by Monday Properties and Arlington County.

The building will be the first LEED Platinum office building in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and consists of 53,883m² of retail and office space.

Platinum Poise is a column-free building with post-tensioned beam and reinforced slabs.

The building also features a unitised curtain wall equipped with low-carbon energy-efficient vision glass.
