UK-based developer Stanhope and Schroders has submitted revised plans for a mixed-use office and residential project at the Ruskin Square site in Croydon, UK.

The master plan for the development has been designed by global architecture firm Foster + Partners while AHMM has designed the residential elements.

The site will provide over 92,000m² of office space, 550 homes, restaurants and shops.

The master plan also includes a direct route connecting the East Croydon Station with the town centre through the site.

The planning application has been devised to complement the East Croydon master plan, led by Croydon Council.
