US-based design firm Cannon Design has unveiled plans for the proposed C$50m Laurier / YMCA athletics complex in Brantford, Canada.
Plans for the 10,683m² complex include a double gym with retractable bleachers, a multipurpose gym, a six-lane, 25m pool and an aquatic teaching facility.
Additional amenities include a student lounge, a yoga studio and open green areas to house indigenous plants and public art.
Plans also include additional space for a third gym, reports the Brantford Expositor.
