Canadian telecommunications company Telus has announced plans to construct Telus Garden, a C$750m (US$772m) mixed-use development in Vancouver, Canada.
Telus Garden will consist of a 22-storey office tower with over 46,000m² of office space and a 44-storey residential tower with 500-residential units.
Telus Garden will comprise green roofs, two elevated roof forests, British Columbia artwork and media walls.
Westbank Corporation is the developer for the project, while Henriquez Partners is the designer.
Construction of the project is scheduled to begin in late 2011 with a completion date pencilled in for 2015.
