UK-based design firm BFLS has secured outline planning permission for the first phase of an eco-holiday village in south-east Cornwall, UK.

The holiday village will be constructed on a 350,000m² site in Millendreath valley for the client Espalier.

Regeneration plans include construction of holiday homes, hotels, leisure, retail and residential uses.

The buildings in the development will be located beyond the flood plain and be integrated into the landscape with hanging gardens.
