UK-based developer Hammerson has unveiled plans for Principal Place, a new £350m mixed-use development in London, UK.

Principal Place has been designed by architectural firm Foster + Partners.

The development will include a 54,905m² office building and a residential tower with 243 luxury apartments.

The building will feature offices with floor areas going up to 3,716m².

A planning decision is expected in mid 2011 and the project is expected to be complete by 2014.
