The University of Salford in the UK has announced plans for the renovation of its campus and grounds for the first phase of a £75m redevelopment project.

The first phase will include refurbishment and extension of the Chapman Building at the university’s Peel Park campus.

Plans also include construction of a new student village with outdoor lecture theatres and performance zones.

The Chapman Building is being designed by Fairhurst Design Group while Stride Treglown will design an arts building.
