Nebraska-based architecture firm HDR Architecture has been appointed the architect for the $70m redevelopment of Union Station in Springfield, Massachusetts.
HDR has been hired for $4.2m to design the new Union Station.
The new station is slated to include a main terminal building, measuring over 11,000m², and refurbished passenger train platforms.
