UAE-based Draieh Contracting has secured contracts for the construction of three mixed-use projects in Lusail City, Qatar.

The contracts, worth $164m, have been awarded by Middle East-based developer Damac Properties.

The three projects are called Business Square, Piazza 1 and Piazza 2.

Business Square will be a 20-storey mixed-use residential and commercial tower while Piazza 1 and Piazza 2 will be low-rise residential and office developments with an Italian design.

Lusail City is one of the largest master developments in Qatar, and is being developed by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company.
