French Developer to Build $32m Mixed-Use Complex in Bulgaria

French hotel operator Accor has announced plans to construct a $32m mixed-use Novotel complex in Sofia, Bulgaria in collaboration with Bulgarian firm MHQ. Novotel will be a 15-storey building that will contain 8,100m² of office space and a 9,600m² hotel. The first

Novotel will be a 15-storey building that will contain 8,100m² of office space and a 9,600m² hotel.

The first two storeys of the complex will house the service sections while the offices will occupy the next six floors. The hotel will be located on the last seven floors.

The hotel will feature 177 rooms, six conference rooms, a relaxation zone, a restaurant complex and a bar.

Construction of the complex is planned to be completed in January 2013.
