US Developer Begins Construction of $125m Mixed-Use Development

US-based developer TDC Development has broken ground on the $125m One Fulton Square mixed-use complex in New York, US.

The mixed-use complex will be designed by Margulies Hoelzli Architecture.

The development will consist of a nine-storey building and a 12-storey building with around 5,800m² of retail space.

The complex will accommodate 43 apartment units, 23 retail units and 18 medical and office units in addition to a Hyatt Palace Hotel and a 300-space car park.

The retail and office units will be housed in the ground, first and second levels of both buildings.
