Singapore Developer Begins Construction of Seasons City

Singapore-based developer Keppel Corporation has commenced construction of Seasons City, a mixed-use development in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City in China.

Seasons City is being developed by architectural firm Palmer and Turner Consultants, sustainable solutions provider Rocky Mountain Institute, engineering consultant Parsons Brinkerhoff and landscape consultant AECOM.

The Seasons City development will include three office towers, retail premises and serviced apartments with a total area of 254,400m².

The first phase of development will include construction of the 20,000m² Keppel Eco-Centre office tower and 20,000m² of retail premises.

The mixed-use development will also consist of Seasons Park, a collection of 1,672 eco-homes.
