UK Developer to Begin Work on £45m Mixed-Use Development

UK developer Chris Stewart Group has announced plans to begin work on the £45m mixed-use development at the edge of the Royal Mile in Edinburgh, UK.

The development will be anchored by a 208-room Motel One hotel, which is expected to cost £25m.

The mixed-use scheme will also consist of 2,800m² of residential space including self-catering apartments, six office premises with a total area of 5,700m² and two new restaurants.

The development has already secured planning permission from Edinburgh City Council.

Chris Stewart Group has purchased the 13,000m² site required for the development.
