Philippines-based developer Federal Land has unveiled plans for a mixed-use skyscraper in Taguig in Metro Manila, Philippines.

The new 66-storey building will house office space and a Grand Hyatt Hotel.

The first six floors of the building will house the hotel's podium and ballroom, floors eight to 30 will house office space and floor 30 up to the penthouse levels will be occupied by the Grand Hyatt.

The Grand Hyatt will feature innovative dining options, spa and fitness centres, and business and meeting facilities.

The Grand Hyatt has been designed by Wong and Ouyang HK and Casas Architects while Ove Arup is the structural designer, reports the Sun Star Cebu.
