The Malaysian Township of Sunway City Ipoh has unveiled plans for several development projects, including a mixed-use commercial shopping village estimated to cost $334.5m.

The commercial village will consist of a mall, retail outlets, small office and home office components and apartments.

The township is also planning the construction of over 1,000 hillside bungalows, semi-detached homes and apartments.

The development will also include construction of 16 lakeside bungalows worth an estimated $836,400 each and a convention centre.
