CIPL is the first LEED-certified project in Bangladesh as well as the first for Epic Group.

The 46,452m² CIPL is the flagship facility of the Epic Group in Dhaka, built for garment manufacturing and finishing.

The factory features wet and dry processing, embroidery, printing and a dedicated wrinkle-free post-cure facility.

CIPL achieved LEED certification for energy use, lighting, water and material use, and other sustainable strategies.

The facility employs water-efficient plumbing systems, energy-efficient lighting and air conditioning systems, sustainable material purchases and a healthy indoor working environment for occupants.

Airdesign Engineered Solutions served as the green building consultant for the project.
