Australian developer Saraceno Group has unveiled plans for the Nova Centre, a mixed-use development featuring a hotel, retail and residential spaces in Clayton, Australia.

The Nova Centre has been designed by Buchan Group.

The development will include 580 apartments, a hotel, around 22,000m² of retail space and a basement car park.

The residential component of the development will be accommodated in three towers above a retail podium.

The first tower will house 360 apartments; the second tower will house 218 apartments while the third, eight-storey tower will house the hotel.

The retail component of the project will comprise a supermarket, a food court, factory outlets, banks and a medical centre.

Construction is slated to begin in the coming months, with completion scheduled for 2013, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
