European developer AXA Real Estate has announced plans to develop an office project in Paris, France, on behalf of its Development Venture III property fund and in partnership with the Opale-Defense consortium.
AXA will deliver the office project in collaboration with Bouygues Construction.
A planning application for the 90,000m² office building, designed by Wilmotte & Associés, is slated to be submitted in late 2011.
The project will consist of four buildings that are planned to be delivered in either a single phase or in two phases of two buildings each.
The developers plan to obtain BBC-effinergie, HQE and BREEAM sustainability certifications for the development.
Construction is slated to begin in 2012 with completion scheduled for the end of 2014.
