The Riverside Museum in Glasgow, UK, will open on 21 June 2011.
The £74m museum has been designed by architect Zaha Hadid.
The museum is housed in a tunnel-like building which opens at both ends to the city and the Clyde.
One of the key design features of the building is the self-supporting, zigzag-shaped roof, which is made of steel and zinc.
The museum has been funded by the Glasgow City Council, the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Riverside Museum Appeal.
BAM served as the building contractor on the project while Buro Happold provided mechanical, structural, electrical and civil engineering services.
