David Devine's Metro Property Group has unveiled plans for a $480m mixed-use development in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane, Australia. The development will include retail and commercial areas in addition to a 750-unit residential component. The group has completed the acquisit

David Devine's Metro Property Group has unveiled plans for a $480m mixed-use development in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane, Australia.

The development will include retail and commercial areas in addition to a 750-unit residential component.

The group has completed the acquisition of a 12,584m² site in Fortitude Valley for the development.

The project is expected to be developed over the next six years.

Metro Property Group is currently awaiting development application approval from Brisbane City Council.
