The site comprises three urban parcels upon which are seven buildings with a total area of 428,000m².

The buildings in the circular mixed-use development will all be arranged to face each other.

The tallest tower will host offices, a hotel and an adjoining apartment tower in addition to three office buildings and two other towers housing offices and a second hotel.

The circular lower court of the development will house retail and restaurants.

Plans also call for construction of skybridges between certain buildings and pathways from the site to the area’s subway lines.
