Joliet Junior College has completed work on the $42m JJC Campus Center Building in Joliet, Illinois, US.
The campus centre will feature a greenway in front of the building and an interior ring road allowing cars to drop off passengers at the door.
The first floor will house offices for admissions, enrolment, financial aid and other departments required for student admissions.
The second floor will contain the school’s library while the third floor will be reserved for administrative offices and a meeting room for the board of trustees.
The building will also feature a cafeteria with a circular skylight that includes space for outdoor dining.
The facility will also feature several energy-saving measures including solar panels, green roofs and a geothermal heating and cooling system.
