US College Dedicates $20m Building

Ivy Tech Community College Southern Indiana has dedicated Ogle Hall, a new $20m building on its campus in Sellersburg, Indiana, US. Ogle Hall houses classrooms, office space and rooms for use by community groups. The building is also home to the 200-seat Horseshoe Assembly

Ivy Tech Community College Southern Indiana has dedicated Ogle Hall, a new $20m building on its campus in Sellersburg, Indiana, US.

Ogle Hall houses classrooms, office space and rooms for use by community groups.

The building is also home to the 200-seat Horseshoe Assembly Center.

Incorporating several green features including recycling facilities, the college is seeking LEED Silver certification for the new facility.

Funding for the facility included a $16m appropriation from the Indiana General Assembly, along with $4m from individuals, businesses, foundations and non-profit organisations.
